We believe our Alpaca Shop to have the largest collection of Alpaca knitwear and accessories in the country.

Alpaca is the luxurious, very fine and warm fleece shorn annually from the Alpaca.  The finest Alpaca, 2gloves_640x480__copy.jpgcalled 'baby alpaca', is highly sought after for its special qualities.  it is very warm, soft and can be worn next to the skin by many people who cannot wear other fibres.

Much of the knitwear in the Alpaca range is hand knitted in South America, mostly by men, where it is a very special and highly regarded skill.

We have designer ranges of Alpaca knitwear from Spirit of the Andes, The Alpaca Collection and Concepts of Peru, as well as a wide selection of garments imported directly from South America.
